· Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner to support Company's strategic hiring objectives.  
· Responsible for sourcing, networking, interviewing, qualifying and referring applicants to the appropriate business units. 
Essential Functions: 
· Full life-cycle high volume recruiting. 
· Direct sourcing, at least fifty percent (50%) of the time, utilizing your knowledge of industry recruiting, staffing strategies and common practices to select talent at various levels. 
· Social networking, data-mining, job postings, campus and community relations. 
· Plan and attend open houses and job fairs to enhance employer branding. 
· Prescreen applicants and schedule interviews. 
· Prepare and extend offers, coordinate and co-facilitate New Hire Orientation. 
· Conduct Intake Sessions with hiring leaders 
· Maximize and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in real-time. 
· Initiate the drug screens and the background check process. 
· Adhere to OFCCP, AA, State and Federal guidelines. 


· Must have proven HR experience within a plant/manufacturing environment.
· Will consider HR generalist with recruiting experience who have proven manufacturing experience.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Understanding of the application of federal and local laws. 
· Understanding of benefit plans and basic concepts relative to plan administration including 401k. 
· Proficient in Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
· Proficient in HRIS and reporting. 
· Understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business. 
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2+ years advanced souring. 
· AIRS certification is strongly preferred with an agency background.  
· Must have a passion for sourcing. 
· Project management and plant/manufacturing recruiting experience is also desired.
