Robotics Engineer, Analyst
Job Summary

The Robotics Analyst position is part of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Integration and will be responsible for automating repetitive manual tasks and improve efficiency across the IAM organization. The IAM Integration team is responsible for the integration of access administration of applications, databases & servers to EIS as well as project management and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Determines operational feasibility to automate manual tasks by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Develop automated solutions of repetitive manual tasks using robotic and software development tools.
Executing tests to validate the requirements and functionality per project specifications as detailed in the test procedures
Work closely with the stakeholders and software development team to identify and correct defects
Learn the importance of identity and access management and develop an understanding of proper access control and governance practices



Qualifications

2-5 years of experience

Experience with WinAutomate or other automated testing/ software development is a must.
Development experience with JAVA/C++, Perl, MSSQL
Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
Able to work effectively in a team and get along well with others.
Positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing.
Extremely self-motivated; able to identify opportunities for improvement and tackle them without external direction.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing atmosphere.
Bachelor's in Software Development or equivalent work experience. The
