Deana De Paz is the company’s Vice President of Sales, Operations & Recruiting. She oversees the overall growth and strategy for RHO. Ms. De Paz began her career at GE Capital, where she built a strong foundation in sales, operations, and client services — and became one of the company’s first Six Sigma-certified Directors under the leadership principles of Jack Welch. That experience shaped the process-driven approach she brings to her work today.
Throughout her career, Deana has partnered with clients across industries to understand their long-term technology roadmaps and connect them with solutions that support real business outcomes. Her focus on helping people grow professionally led her to become a leading voice in the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) space.
For the past fourteen years, Deana has served as Vice President of Sales, Recruiting, and Operations at RHO. Under Deana’s leadership, RHO has achieved consistent year-over-year growth and built a reputation as partner across the federal marketplace.
Outside of RHO, Deana serves as Vice President of Programs for the AFCEA Monmouth Chapter, connecting people and ideas to advance innovation across the government, military, and technology communities.
